Coaching is a way of achieving new levels of performance and overcoming obstacles that may be holding you back. As an Integral Coach, I believe that people can create new ways of being in the world if they are first helped to create new possibilities through language, and then are supported as they put into practice new ways of doing things.
I am convinced that individuals can enhance their effectiveness in a sustainable way by deepening their self understanding, integrating and aligning the different parts of themselves, and starting to work towards a coherent set of work and life goals. This is what motivates my coaching work.
I see coaching as a partnership rather than a prescriptive relationship, a conversation in which the combined curiosity of both partners is brought to bear on the client’s challenges. I demand full commitment from my clients, because I know that without it we can’t achieve meaningful change.
